If it has been a post in the forum, you might need to leave a direct link to the topic where Mr.'s suggested explanation was given, if you sent the info you're referring to in a message to GBModerator, there's numerous mods responding to the message/feedback inbox so I cannot say I've seen the message at this time.

The rule has not changed; it has always been that way from day one, which you would have seen if you had read the notes. If you want to BELIEVE that it has changed, that is your right and there is little I can do about it.

To be qualified, a suggestion must actually suggest an improvement. For example, a suggestion that suggests that members be allowed to report prices would not qualify on the grounds that they already can report prices. See Note 2 via the Notes & Legend link.

I was making observations of the changes that were either being brought to our attention or not, from those observations I did not see any major issues with the changes or most of the proposed problems were non-issues. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience.
